2) Why are we sending you a Notice of our Privacy Policy?
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted Regulation S-P, Privacy of Consumer Financial Information. Regulation S-P requires registered investment advisors to provide notice to clients, on an annual basis, about their privacy practices and policies. This notice describes the privacy practices of Abbit Management Corp. We are committed to providing you with superior investment service now and in the future. Protecting the confidentiality of the information we receive is important to us.

We have policies, procedures, employee orientation and communication programs designed to protect your information. We expect our employees to comply with this Policy. Examples of how we protect your information include, but are not limited to, the following:

c) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
This includes information about your creditworthiness, financial circumstances, and credit history, including any bankruptcies or foreclosures.
5) Information We Disclose.
We do not sell or disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. Under Section 248.14, “…may disclose nonpublic information as necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction that a consumer requests or authorizes…”
